Inner height: 2,75 m x 4,50 m.
Floor: asphalt with usually 5t/m2 loading capacity.
Walls: bricks
Roof: insulated bitumen

Doors/windows:
-The number of the windows varies from building to building, most of the windows are made of plastic and are insulated.
- Entrance doors: size is 6 m x 4 m on both side of each building.

The warehouses have internal load bearing coloumns.

The following utilities are available on site:

• the site has mains electricity & its own electricity transformer that can be upgraded,
• drinking water ,
• sewerage tanks are located on the ite – the main sewerage system is being built,
• there are 5 gas supplies (earth gas) junctions located at various positions on the border of the site. Gas tanks (PB) are used at the moment,
• microwave internet system,
• internal, asphalted road system.

The base size of the buildings at Jánosmajor Ipari Zóna:

• Storage/workshop: from 40 m2 to 1,100 m2 (the biggest building size is 1,100 m², in case of requesting bigger space more buildings can be rented). Offices: 10 and 20 m2. Rentable outdoor areas: 5,000 m2 (asphalted) 200 m2 (hardcored) Another 2,000 m2 area can be hardcored for storage.

We ask for a deposit equalling with one month rent fee. Notice period is two months.
