Agrofree Műszaki-gazdasági Szolgáltató Kft., the owner of Jánosmajor Ipari Zóna (Industrial Zone) was established in 1990. Since the change in the ownership in 1997, the company has obtained four premisses in Hungary (the biggest one at Seregélyes-Jánosmajor, and another three sites at Miskolc) where it rents out its properties. Jánosmajor Ipari Zóna contains 21 ha (over 210,000 m²) land where at the moment 30 tenants leases buildings between 100 m2 and 4,000 m² to do storage or workshop kind activities. On the site there are 20 pieces of 1,100 m² buildings, 2 pieces of 480 m² buildings and other workshop, social block, office buildings with different sizes. The 20 warehouses and the service buildings lay at the first 10 ha section of the site, while the 2 pc 480 m² buildings can be found at the second, almost unbuilt section on another 11 ha land. From Budapest, the south exit gate of Székesfehérvár on M 7 has to be taken (the exit is only 4 km far from us). Airport: Budapest-Ferihegy: 100 km. Veszprém: 60 km. Börgönd: The new airport to be opened in 2010 is only 1 km far away from the site. Nearest bridge: Pentele bridge, Dunaújváros, Danube: 35 km. Railways: Börgönd railway station (link between Székesfehérvár and Pusztaszabolcs): 1 km. Székesfehérvár railway station: 15 km. The site has three gates. For security reasons, we keep the middle gate open (at road 62). We have 24 hour security and CCTV system on the site. The total size of the site is 21 ha (210,000 m²), the total size of the buildings is 25,000 m². The site is flat, except from a small area at the rear of the site which falls to a nice valley. The site is bordered on the right hand side by a road which runs to the village of Börgönd. The village of Jánosmajor is located to the west of the site.
